The Association of Banks Cambodia (ABC) is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Officer, who will be involved in financial control for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our organization. The Senior Finance Officer will be responsible for providing strategic financial planning, guidance, and support to the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial management, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Reporting Line Admin & HR Manager

Salary can be negotiated and depending on experience with other benefits as per Labour Law. Salary will be increased annually based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Propose and Develop financial policy and ensure the policy is applied.
• Manage financial data of The Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and Credit Bureau Holding (Cambodia) Plc (CBHC) in accounting system.
• Manage petty cash and bank balance of the ABC and CBHC.
• Manage income and expenses of ABC and CBHC.
• Manage all financial documents of ABC and CBHC and ensure all complied with policy.
• Prepare and analyst financial reports for Council and Members of ABC and the Board of Director of CBHC.
• Propose and control annual budget of ABC and CBHC.
• Review/Prepare income and payment of ABC and CBHC.
• Review monthly tax and prepare annual tax declaration of ABC and CBHC.
• Prepare monthly staff’s salary.
• Manage dividend received and distribute to shareholder of CBHC.
• Other relevant tasks will be assigned by management.

Key Requirements: 

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
• Tax and legal knowledge is a plus

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skill, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and multi-tasks.
• Data Analytics and good comprehension of MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred knowledge of the Banking environment.
