Roles and Responsibilities:
- Call/Visit potential customers & record the status
- Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers
- Prepare quotation, visit plan and other related reports
- Keep in touch with potential & existing customers and find new customers
- Provide shipping related suggestions/solutions to customers
- Follow the instruction to complete the sales targets and related reports
- Minimum 2 years experience within a sale, logistics or supply chain support function.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Nice manner, be elegant and persuasion is important for this role
- Fluent on English (ability to communicate in Chinese will have extra benefit)
- Able to achieve target set by the company
- Able to do Sales Planning ahead (Initial 3 months)
- Possesses management skills to be able to lead the sale team
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
