HEKS/EPER, a Swiss-based organization, has been active in Cambodia since 1980. Throughout its presence, HEKS/EPER Cambodia has focused on various development and humanitarian projects, aiming to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized communities. The organization has implemented programs in areas such as sustainable agriculture, water and sanitation, land, and disaster risk reduction. In line with this commitment, we seek to engage a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive training courses. If any service provider or expert is interested, please submit your proposal for the following topics:

3. Scope of Work:
The service provider will be responsible for designing and delivering separate training courses. The scope of work includes:
- Develop a curriculum focused on identifying sources and building resilience.
- Deliver interactive sessions with role-plays, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Provide comprehensive training materials and resources for post-training use.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
4. Deliverables:
- Detailed training curricula for topic of course above.
- Training materials and handouts for participants.
- A schedule and plan for delivering the training sessions.
5. Timeframe:
- The service provider is expected to complete the training within a timeframe of two months August -September 2024 from the contract signing date. The specific dates for the training sessions will be agreed upon with HEKS/EPER Cambodia.
6. Qualifications and Experience:
The service provider should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Proven experience in delivering training courses above.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and interactive training techniques.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with non-profit organizations or in a similar context is preferred.
