The Public Relations Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the public image of the Prince Foundation. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies, managing media relations, and enhancing the organization's visibility and brand reputation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in public relations or a similar field.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute public relations strategies that align with the organization’s goals and mission.
- Oversees and supports the Public Relations and Programs Officers in executing public relations strategies and program-related communications.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Administrative Officers, ensuring smooth operation of program activities.
- Collaborate directly with the Executive Director on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Craft compelling press releases, media briefings, and communication materials that effectively convey the impact of our work.
- Coordinating and participating in promotional events, including press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and private sector partners.
- Open to acquiring the skills needed to utilize AI tools for improving both the quality and quantity of work.
- Represent the foundation at public events, official meetings, and forums as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, Business Administration or Marketing is preferred but not a must
- Minimum 3-4 solid years of experience in Public Relations & Media
- Mature & good team player
- Highly responsible person, detail-oriented, passionate and active
- Excellent problem-solving skill and with analytical ability, could work under high pressure;
- Positive outgoing attitude, and ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- An open-minded manager with ability to adapt to changes quickly and easily (agility)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong management ability when dealing with outside event and public relations agencies
- Excellent command of English and Khmer (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials. English is essential and Chinese is additional.
- Good computer Knowledge/Skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
