As a Projects & Communications Manager, you will play a particular managerial role in implementing a range of activities for various projects and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, commitment to continuous improvement, openness to new ideas and creative approaches to problem solving.
- Dynamic, creative, hard-working, flexible, hands-on, detail-oriented.
- High level of sensitivity; ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities.
- Good digital skills, proficiency with MS Office is required. Knowledge of Moodle is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and Khmer are a plus.
- Knowledge of South East Asia in general and Cambodia in particular is an advantage.
- A team player who possess good interpersonal skills, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders
- Establish relationships with local and international organizations to seek for financial and technical support to the NGO/school.
- Identify and search for various projects to submit project applications in link with the NGO/school activities.
- Plan, manage, implement, monitor and evaluate projects from conception to completion.
- Plan and manage various internal projects such as the short courses and the annual Entrepreneur Challenge.
- Manage, monitor and update all digital platforms and profiles (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube).
- Plan, manage and monitor the monthly newsletter (English and French).
- Design and publish organic and paid digital content materials to promote recruitment efforts, fundraising events, school activities, school events, student’s life and projects.
- Identify the most effective communication channels to promote the NGO/school activities and actions.
- Assist in events planning and execution in collaboration with all department heads.
