TAE LS is represented in Cambodia by the local foreign NGO called Toutes a l’Ecole Luxembourg Succursale a.s.b.l (TAE LS) operating as a branch of TAE L, to ensure the development and operation of a higher education support program. Chandara Students Home in Phnom Penh, for post-Bac students. It provides material, academic and moral support, including free and secure accommodation in two dorms, as a way to ensure a successful professional integration for the students.
TAE LS operates the program called “Chandara Studens Home” in Phnom Penh, supporting over 320 students from Happy Chandara with their two student homes and offices in Sen Sok and Boueng Tompun, during their university studies, TAE LS employs about 20 staff, local and international, to run all operations, in close contact with senior management in Luxembourg.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and the development of the Upskilled Program for Chandara Student Homes as established by the project of co-financing with the Luxembourg, aiming to provide training for specific soft skills developments as expected by the current Job Market of Cambodia; and all extra activities for students part of the program Chandara Students Home (languages lessons, tutoring and remedial classes etc.).
Development and implementation of the Upskilled Program
- Curriculum design and development:
- assessment of existing resources,
- planification of outsourcing and adaptation of training / workshops in line with the yearly curriculum
- punctual creation of pedagogical content
- Creating punctually project management tools linked with the phases of development and implementation of the program
- Management of the program’s officer
- Logistical follow-up of the program (see below)
- Creation of processes for the evaluation of the program partnering with the Pedagogy Manager
- Extra-academic budget follow-up
- Ensuring liaise between students and partners
- Build effective timetables and allocate learning areas
- Following-up students’ attendance
- Facilitating workshops punctually linked with students journey (during integration events, on employability, career orientation) partnering with relevant CSH officer
- Planification of outsourced content for classes, workshops or trainings with the appropriate partners
- Partnerships supervision and follow-up
- Prospecting for new partners for educational outcomes
- Impact analysis after feedback collection
- Reporting quarterly on activities
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Education, Management
- Experience in education program for empowerment is a plus
- Proven experience with knowledges in PBL, learning by doing and different types of active pedagogy and adult learning
- English mandatory, French is a plus
