Reporting Line: VP - Operations
- Develop web application and other process application by using approved tool/platform – Microsoft application.
- Create responsive and user-friendly interface HTML, Java script. Ms. Access, SQL server, SharePoint
- Create technical specifications and test plans, coding test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
- Develop UX/UI Design, maintain both front-end and back-end components and create data entry form.
- Data collection and working closely with all relevant team within Operations such as Supply, Customer Service, Transport, Project, Depots, Warehouse, Optimization and Audit.
- Manage system of data management to ensure that the data are handled and stored efficiently and securely.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the web-application and other process application.
- Create report based on the business needs using Power BI or other tools.
- Provide user support and assist with the resolution of any kind of problem.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Bachelor or Engineer of Database and programming, Computer Science or Web developer.
- Having at least 3 years’ experience of required skills.
- Experience in Ms. Office 365, SQL server, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint web application, UI/UX design specialization, Database and Programming.
- Having good experience of digitalization project management
- Demonstrate a good transverse management.
- Good at English and Khmer and be able to communicate at any levels.
- Good at communication, intrapersonal and interpersonal skill
- Having an opened mindset, team spirit and respectfulness.
- Be trustworthy, perseverance, and helpful.
