To be considered for the position, candidates must have a strong background in IT and related fields, particularly with the IT Essentials CISCO Course.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in IT
- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of IT essentials, including hardware, software, networking, and security.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Pedagogical Knowledge : Familiarity with various teaching methods and educational technology tools.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and engage with students.
- Passion for Teaching : Passion for teaching and mentoring, with the ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials.
- Flexibility : Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changes in the industry and adjust course content accordingly.
- Delivering engaging and informative IT training sessions following provided lesson plans and curriculum, also in IT Essential course by CISCO
- Ensuring students’ engagement and skills development during the lessons.
- Providing assessments and feedback on students' progress.
- Supporting students throughout the course and mentoring their projects.
- Continuously updating training materials and strategies to align with current best practices.
