Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing and modifying in house software applications by participating in the new requirement, designing, implementing, testing and supporting of custom solutions, which include feature enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration. This role works closely with IT team to leverage the newest technologies, both software and hardware.

- Model the organization’s values and associated behaviors within the office
- Develop, design, implement, test and support the customer solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end system integration
- Create technical specifications and test plans, coding test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology
- Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly
- Maintain and modify programs, make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes
- Evaluate simple interrelationships between program such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
- Write the operational documentation with technical authors
- Maintain system by monitoring and correcting software defects
- Investigate new technologies and provide on the job training to related staff
- Contribute to code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to standard/guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members
- Assist in infrastructure & system software setup for development and testing environment.
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Diploma of Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in Software Development such as writing and reviewing code for sites, typically HTML, XML, VB.Net or JavaScript
- Knowledge of integrating multimedia content onto a site
- Knowledge of UI/UX Design Specialization
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and well organized
- Be honest and trustworthy, Patient, respectful and helpful
