We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Field Sales Air Freight Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales visits (in-person or virtually) to both existing and prospective customers
- Enter all relevant data in CRM
- Ensure complete and current client information (potential, tradelines, decision makers, record communication, etc.)
- Manage opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size)
- Prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and sales reviews with manager
- Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers
- Provide feedback on potential process improvements
- Keep up to date with local market trends
- Share information with operation colleagues to improve effectiveness
- Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined Air Freight Field Sales strategy
- Creation of yearly sales planning for own customer portfolio
- Investigate share of wallet and develops customers via up-/cross selling
- Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers
- Coordination with customer service, e.g. on quotations and booking follow-ups
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Sales & Marketing/ Foreign Trade /Economics or equivalent
- 2 to 3years experience in Freight Forwarder/Logistic sector is preferable
- Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good communication skill, efficiency in time management, high accuracy and patience and problem-solving skill
- Able to successfully execute the sales process
- Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
- Customer service skills (Creative, Active, High Discipline and Team Player)
