Position: Project Assistant (PH-Japan Foundation)__Deadline:24-July

PH-Japan Foundation, an international non-profit organization, is dedicated to health sector development with a focus on strengthening health system at the community level, particularly in maternal and child care.

Project site: Sout Nikom OD

Salary: To be decided based on qualification and experience (Expected range $ 300～350)

Contract duration: Fixed contract until March 2026. The contract will be renewed annually and may be extended based on the employee’s competence.

Required Qualification: Work experience in the relevant areas

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in executing the project under the Senior Midwives or Nurses’ instruction
• Help set up meetings, trainings, and workshops, ensuring that venues are prepared with necessary materials and equipment
• Handle administrative tasks related to the project execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders such as VHSG and families, HC staff, and OD staff.
• Organize health education in the villages of the project site.
• Assist in supporting tasks as needed to ensure the proper completion of the project.

Key Requirements:

• More than 2 years of working experience in NGO, preferably the health sector is required.
• Having more than 1-year working experience in the field of community health development or public health is an asset.
• Community development experience in collaboration with health center staff is preferable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in English (Our office language is English, and all meetings and report writing are conducted in English)
• PC skills (Microsoft Office applications).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and compliant
• Ability to communicate politely with counterparts
• Strong commitment to assigned work.
• Being familiar with and able to work with the international standards
