Booyoung Khmer Bank (BKB) is a fully licensed commercial bank operating Cambodia since 2008, offering a full range of commercial banking products and services. Due to further business expansion, we are looking for qualified and highly motivated candidate to apply for position of IT Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain computer, network, server ensure running smoothly.
- Manage and assign user access by setting appropriate user ID, password and access right limit
- Install, maintain and administer IT operation and application systems.
- Identify and mitigate system delivery issues and IT risks IT Security compliance.
- Maintenance Core Banking System.
- Resolve Hardware and Software problem.
- Liaise with IT vendor and suppliers for technical on-going support and system upgrade
- Implement tools to assist in detection, prevention and analysis of security threats
- Perform other duties assigned by managements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking field, especially, IT sector
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English of both spoken & written
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve all technical problems
- Good team work, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
- Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure
