RHAC, a leading NGO dedicated to Women's Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, extends its mission to benefit women, adolescents, garment factory workers, entertainment workers, and other vulnerable groups. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Information Technology:
The IT and Admin Officer is the main focal person in the organization for all the needs and support related to IT:
Policies: initiating draft, updating IT related policies/instruction and submit them to the supervisor.
IT Technical Support: serving as the first point of contact for IT supports within the organization.
Software and hardware: installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
Data and Software Security: ensuring the security of RHAC’s data and all electronic devices including server computers; installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software, and alert virus information and protection procedures to all RHAC’s users.
Website and RHAC’s social media: work together with the M&E department and Communication and Social Media department to ensure RHAC has a well-function website, and security/safety of all RHAC’s social media platforms.
Explore ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of RHAC’s administrative systems, such as modernization of database systems for RHAC’s inventory, RHAC’s human resources, online signing, etc.
2. Administrative Tasks
The IT and Admin Officer will work in team with other administration staff to ensure that the following tasks are performed effectively and timely manner.
Staff Training: Participate in staff orientation, focusing on information technology, and organize staff training/meeting from time to time to ensure safe data protection, unauthorized access to RHAC’s IT systems, and safe handling of all RHAC’s IT devices.
Inventory: a team member of periodic inventory count in the organization.
Procurement: Participate in procurement, including exploring and contacting vendors or suppliers.
Maintenance/repairs: work together with the Procurement and Inventory Officer to ensure that RHAC’s facilities are well-maintained and all RHAC’s equipment are well-functioned.
Other administrative tasks: Participate in organizing RHAC’s events such as meeting, training.
Participate in maintenance of RHAC’s facilities, building and all the equipment.
Perform other tasks as requested by AED or ED.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related computer science
Experience:
Minimum of three years in computer maintenance and software/network installation
Experiences in database system development are preferred
Experiences in providing administrative supports
Other Skills:
Working knowledge of English,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-learning.
