Scope of work
The services will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current CDRI websites, including their design, content, functionality, and user experience.
- Develop a detailed proposal outlining the reframing and redesign of the CDRI websites, including recommendations for improvements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design concepts for the new website's layout and user interface.
- Implement the approved design changes and enhancements to the CDRI website using modern web development technologies.
- Optimise the website for mobile responsiveness, speed, and search engine visibility.
- Train CDRI staff on managing and updating website content using a content management system (CMS).
Deliverable and Timeline
The consultant's service will be expected to deliver the following:
- Website assessment report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.
- Website reframing proposal with design concepts and wireframes.
- Redesigned CDRI website with improved functionality and user experience.
- Training materials and sessions for CDRI staff on website management.
The services are expected to be completed by December 15, 2024, from the contract signing date.
Qualifications
The consultancy teams or firms should demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in website design, development, and reframing.
- Strong expertise in user experience (UX) design and web accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the CDRI team.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the consultant's qualifications, experience, proposed approach, and cost-effectiveness.
