Center for Alliance of Labor and Human Rights (CENTRAL) is a local legally registered Non-Governmental Organization works to contribute to transparent and accountable governance for the respect of labor and human rights.
For transparency, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness of grant use and sound financial management, CENTRAL is looking for the professional audit firm to audit the whole CENTRAL accounting system and financial management for three fiscal years from 2024 to 2026.
The objective is to audit the financial transactions for the period from 1 January to 31 December each year. In 2024, CENTRAL receives grants support from at least 15 different donors and other small donors with annual budget for 1,490,783.00 US Dollars.
Annual Global Audit is based on Diakonia and NPA’s Audit ToRs which will be sent to the auditor once they are available. Auditor will need to issue two audit reports: Modified Cash Basis in English for all donors and Cash Basis in English and Khmer for ACAR.
Audit time frame
- Interim Audit field work between 16th and 20th December 2024
- Audit Field Works from 20th to 24th January 2025
- Draft audit report on 31st January 2025
- Hard copy of final audit reports delivered to CENTRAL office on 10th February 2025
