Job Description

• Supervise and train accounting staff.
• Record Accounting transactions into computerize accounting system.
• Oversee issuance of invoices, collection and payment process.
• Prepare and review monthly & annual financial statements, ensuring compliance
• with accounting standards.
• Assist in monthly and annual tax return arrangement.
• Assign and review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and
• compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all accounts.
• Oversee cash management.
• Oversee and control the management of accounts payable and receivable
• functions.
• Oversee and control production costing and fixed asset.
• Preparation budgets.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a
• supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Cambodian Taxation is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) and 8am to 12pm (Sat)
• Working days: Mon to Sat
