Department/Division: Sales and Marketing
Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating long-term marketing plans and launch strategies for the organization’s products and services.
- Developing targeted marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Identifying and analyzing current and future market trends and developments.
- Developing specific marketing plans for products and services, such as launch, promotion And distribution plans.
- Develop strategies to improve marketing performance, such as pricing and segmentation strategies.
- Developing marketing messages, promotional and distribution channels.
- Developing advertising and public relations strategies for products and services.
- Managing marketing budgets and advertising expenditure.
- Monitoring and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns in order to optimize them.
- Keeping abreast of new digital marketing methods, such as social media, email marketing and mobile marketing.
- Supervising marketing staff and ensuring that all objectives are met.
- Working closely with other departments and external suppliers to achieve common objectives.
- Any others task assigned by manager
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Strategic Marketing or related skills
- Critical thinking skills on marketing analysis
- Creative in concept of Artwork design and media production
- Leadership skills and Strong Management skills
- Good communication and discipline
- Honest, time-honored, fast leaner and loyal
