Position: Social Worker (Marici)__Deadline:15-June

(MARICI) which is a FNGO registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia, missions to protect and empowers women and children, to promote the safety net in community and partner with governments in their efforts to counter human trafficking. We are looking for potential and passionate team members to add values to the mission of the organisation in Cambodia.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct multi-tasks of the work
• Provide support to survivors and their families during and post investigation, and assessments
• Arrange and accompany the survivors to the appropriate services and support
• Share the responsibility for managing the Case management.
• Produce the comprehensive report
• Comply with the organizational policies and procedures

Key Requirements:

• Female only
• Bachelor degree of social work or graduation in similar to Sociology.
• At least 1-2 years Experience on working with sex trafficking survivors/anti-human trafficking and support to the survivors for services from privates and public institutions.
• Knowledge in Child Protection, case management, and relevant regulation, policies and laws etc.
• Knowledge and positive attitudes for interpersonal communication with stakeholders and partners in Khmer and English language
• Proven project management skills with the ability to work effectively with local projects at different stages of organization development.
• Be willing to travel to the provinces and commit for excellent job
• Positive attitude and empathetic
• Committed to the Vision and Mission of the organization
