Senior Unit Manager for Consumer Analytics this role is to assist department head to provide high quality and details portfolio report and its segments. The role also responsible for providing the business analysis with actionable insights for management by using both internal and external data.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Bank Portfolio dashboard in monthly, weekly and daily basis
- Develop automate performance dashboard for daily business performance monitoring
- Provide analytical support for evaluating effectiveness of the campaigns
- Support department head and product managers with details analysis of product performance as required.
- Implement internal data pipeline for data collection, data transformation and data management for reporting purposes.
- Ensuring high quality and security of data internally used in the department
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Specifications
- A minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or MIS.
- Additional background in Accounting and Finance is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in data modeling, data manipulation, and statistical analysis techniques
- Proficiency in SQL Server Integrated Service
- Experience is Database management software SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience in SQL Server Reporting Service or Power BI Report Server
- Proficiency in data analysis software and data visualization tools (e.g: Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency with querying languages like SQL for data extraction and DAX for data transformation
- Experience working with complex and big data set from various format csv, txt, json…
- Ability to lead and manage tasks to consumer analytics team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to translate data insights for actionable business strategies.
