- Lead and oversee the company's R&D activities, including the development of new products, technologies, and processes.
- Manage a team of R&D professionals.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation and creativity within the R&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exploration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of R&D efforts.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the industry and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with external research organizations, universities, and industry partners to enhance R&D capabilities and accelerate innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in R&D management.
- Bachelor's degree of business, food science and related field.
- At lease 5 years experience with R&D position.
- Friendly, politely, and honesty
- Good at communicate and problems solving
