Location: Siem Reap Head Office
Compensation: Competitive upon qualification

Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:- Handle incentive (MICE) and groups requests : design the program & do quotations.
- Follow the sales procedure & make sure to meet the requested deadlines
- Take care of operational & technical tasks before and during the tours or events.
- Communication with suppliers and other departments for the booking and status.
- Understand the competition and react accordingly
- Collaborate with sales team to promote Cambodia destination & develop the Sales
- Check invoices & be responsible of client payment
- Join inspection trips and escort Fam Trip.
Language: Khmer + Excellent English + French would be a plus

- Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
- Creative and customer service minded
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the travel agency at a similar position, at least 2 years
- A deep knowledge of Cambodia as a tourist destination
