PEPY Empowering Youth is an NGO and nonprofit that went from an international organization to local organization in early January 2015. Our vision is a future where young Cambodians are empowered to pursue careers to improve the quality of their lives. To achieve this, we work to expand the opportunities available for Cambodian youth. We work with young Cambodians and connect them to the skills, opportunities, and inspirations needed to reach their potential.
The Partnership and Development Manager plays one of the most important roles in the organization and will lead all aspects of PEPY communications and fundraising and manage any volunteers associated with those tasks as required. The Partnership and Development Manager is mainly based in PEPY office, Siem Reap, with occasional travel to program sites, and reports to the Executive Director. It is a full-time, hybrid position – with hours that are flexible and responsive to community stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensures the PEPY website and associated partner sites' text, images, and videos are up- to-date, reflecting the latest PEPY Empowering Youth programs, decisions, challenges, achievements and lessons learned.
- Ensures that we meet all web-based communications efficiency and effectiveness targets
- Develops and executes effective online fundraising campaigns utilizing Global Giving, Give2Asia, and KhmerGives as the main sources to transfer funds.
- Develops and maintains a robust online presence with regular community engagement – showing support of stakeholders
- Devises and delivers annual online fundraising campaign
- Prospects, cultivates, and maintains donors for PEPY Empowering Youth
- Produces all proposals by working with relevant staff members and supporters
- Manages and oversees all local PEPY Empowering Youth awareness and fundraising events
- Work with the PEPY Empowering Youth team to devise strategies to communicate PEPY Empowering Youth activities to local stakeholders
- Actively networking and engaging with NGO partners local for learning, collaboration, and partnership opportunities
- Overseeing the development and facilitation of relevant communications trainings and orientations for team members and PEPY Empowering staff as a whole
- Develop a plan with HR and ED to promote local staff to be Partnership & Development Manager within 4 years
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nonprofit Management, International Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2-years of experience working in communications and in fundraising.
- Has a proven track record as a fundraiser and successful campaign manager
- Displays strong communications and report writing skills
- Strong ability to write effective proposals and make compelling pitches
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence others in service of nonprofit programming
- Basic financial management and administration knowledge
- Good organizational skills
- Sensitivity to working in a culturally diverse organization and region
