Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales and growth plan for Morea - Craft out sales strategies and action plan to ensure target delivery across all distributors- Closely engage with Area Managers
- Build distribution plan and strategies to ensure full product availability and accessibility in potential markets- Develop channel management strategy and lead execution to maximize sales at optimal trade spend
- Analyze sales data and build timely actionable plan to increase market share
- Build distributor's team capability roadmap
- Market coverage planning and lead on distributor's performance evaluation
- Liaise and monitor Area Managers performance to deliver sales plan across areas
- Lead on trade promotion plan to support sales
- Monitor trade spend budget to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Collaborate with cross functions to land successful campaign execution with result monitoring
- Deep analyze base reports, market insight and data to capture opportunities and come with proposed actions
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managing team
- Excellent sales skills with proven track records
- Possess analysis skills
- Passionate on people development
- Experience in building good relationships with retailers, customers, and colleagues
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Highly self-motivated and self-confident
- Able to travel to provinces
