Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
- Research and support the launch of new products and support in marketing current products to match Easia Travel Group’s standard, image and value
- Support the M&B Director, MarCom Manager and Content Editor in collating Cambodia-specific support about the country and liaising with the relevant departments when required
- Support and coordinate with other departments to encourage synergies, maintain collaboration with relevant departments when carrying out processes and find out what factors need to change in a timely manner
- Support the M&B Director and MarCom Manager to create and adapt offline and online marketing tools to support product launches, training and other means with Cambodia-specific information
- Support regional communications by providing feedback and acting as a point-of-contact from destinations to M&B Director and MarCom Manager
- Participate in local inspections in coordination with the teams in each destination
- Provide ideas and solutions for Cambodia-specific gifts and giveaways for SDMs and tradeshows
- Provide collateral support for Cambodia offices with business card templates and printing
- Support the Videographer (Freelance) with assignments (planning, preparation and accompany filming if required) when possible
- Provide support for FAM trips in Cambodia (pre-trip and post-trip collateral)
- Support other regional initiatives when required
- Offer basic training about marketing tools to support the local team
- Encourage local departments to provide Cambodia-specific updates on the workplace
- Support the translation of regional marketing materials with translation services/freelancers as required
Language: Khmer + Excellent English
Skills:
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Expertise in marketing and communications
- Out-of-the-box thinker who contributes ideas and solutions
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Graphic Design skills is a plus
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
