As a Marketing and Communications Officer at Epic Arts, your role will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns to bring our Fundraising and Marketing Plan to life. Working closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager, you will ensure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives that align with Epic Arts' goals and objectives. Fluency in Khmer and excellent English language skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's relationship with the media and the public. This includes writing and distributing publicity materials and handling press and public correspondence..

- Support the organization in organizing promotional events and guide internal and external communication strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Analyze marketing campaigns, utilize data-driven insights, record media coverage, measure the impact of publicity campaigns on audience engagement, and effectively respond to feedback.
- To maintain a competitive edge, stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing strategies, including national press and social media influencers.
- Work closely with all Epic Arts managers to create marketing materials for fundraising and social businesses. Ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing objectives.
- Support the management team in gathering information for all Epic Arts projects and programs, including photos, interviews, case studies, product design, and monitoring numbers.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising & Marketing Manager to conduct market research, identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and develop PR materials to enhance visibility among stakeholders and partners.
- Work with the Fundraising Marketing Manager to create engaging marketing materials in English and Khmer, including brochures, websites, social media posts, videos, and advertisements, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners for marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing and design or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of marketing and design experience or similar roles.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong social media skills and video content creation skills.
- Strong adaptability and effective task prioritization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with website management and optimization, including basic HTML and CMS platforms.
