We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Kindergarten Coordinator.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct continuous assessment and curricular review to ensure a smooth flow.
- Make necessary curricular adjustments based on assessment findings.
- Guidance and Support for Teachers:
- Prioritize teachers’ periodic goals.
- Review each teacher’s annual program allocation.
- Provide support and advice to teachers.
- Assist teachers in setting annual subject objectives and syllabi.
- Monitor progress against annual plans.
- Professional Development:
- Conduct periodic workshops to enhance teachers’ competency and proficiency in teaching.
- Coordinate and oversee subject-related extra-curricular activities in collaboration with the student affairs officer.
- Holding a Bachelor Degree of Business or related field (Master is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of as management or operations.
- Experience in international school is a plus.
- Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
- Excellent in communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft office and up to date technology.
