Cambodian Children’s Fund (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) U.S. registered charity with a mission to “transforming the most impoverished children into tomorrow's leaders”. Our approach is based on a fundamental belief that education will provide children with pathways out of poverty.
CCF operates in Cambodia though strong supporting relationship development and fundraising businesses in USA, Australia, UK, and Hong Kong. It has grown rapidly since its inception.
CCF is currently looking for the qualified contractor to build the Playground.
1. The supply under the civil works of Playground Renovation located at Damnak Thom Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh.
2. The work is required by CCF (hereinafter called "CCF '') now invites sealed bids to eligible contractors (hereinafter called "The Bidders’) join the bid. The qualified bidders must be attached:
– Patent/License of bussiness
– Having specifiction location/address
– Good background with other companies/NGO
3. Interested and qualified eligible contractors are invited to receive a copy of the bidding documents at CCF Head office from 6th-13rd June 2024 during working hours (8:00 to 12:00 PM and 2:00 to 5:00 PM) or send expression of interest via company email to get the bid document no later than June 13rd, 2024.
4. All interested Bidders are invited for site visit on 10th June 2024 at 9:30am at address and google map : Damnak Thom Village, Sangkat Stoeung Meanchey II, Khan meanchey II, phnom penh click here map
5. The deadline for bid submission is by 2:00PM on 14th June 2024 at the address shown below. Bids will be opened internally by the CCF procurement committees on the same day by 2:30PM.
6. Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis and the bidder submitting the lowest substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for award of contract.
