- Key in new Check-roll and resigned in to HRM System to fix Finger ID and Run Check-Roll Attendance 3rd cycle per a month.
- Download data finger from all machine every 3rd Cycle and a Month.
- Checking daily attendance and update leave, Omission of (Plantation, Estate), Mill & QC around 200 staffs into System.
- Check and with department supervisor to clarify about staff absence by day to day.
- Preparing Monthly Attendance report with above.
- Collect information from new staff and make ID Card for them.
- Posting OT requested approval of (Plantation, Estate), Mill around 200 staffs into System.
- Print OT Detail and sent to all for sign and collect back for keep as the document reference for payroll.
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or finance & banking or accounting or Information System or another related field.
- At least 1 year experience with HR System, recruitment, HR technology, HR budget, HR structure, polices procedures, compliance, employee relations, employee command, compensation & benefits, attendance and payroll or similar role.
- Patient, honest, trustworthy, team work and be able to stay in rural area.
