Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing table wage payment and calculation with actual finger scan from machine and actual book record from plantation department and daily work programming for 3cycle per month.
  • Preparing summary daily, monthly work for director plantation check and sign for keep as document report.
  • Prepare PR for process PR&PO for Check-Roll Payment and follow up approval from Management for 3cycle of CR Payment.
  • Pay wage directly to Check-roll Worker three times per a month.
  • Setup finger in to Machine scan follow structure ID Standard for new join of check-roll of Estate as required when go to pay wage to worker.
  • Cooperate to give information in the team to know new set up finger for worker by inform to who relate job control of that worker.
  • Key in new Check-roll and resigned in to HRM System to fix Finger ID and Run Check-Roll Attendance 3rd cycle per a month.
  • Download data finger from all machine every 3rd Cycle and a Month.
  • Checking daily attendance and update leave, Omission of (Plantation, Estate), Mill & QC around 200 staffs into System.
  • Check and with department supervisor to clarify about staff absence by day to day.
  • Preparing Monthly Attendance report with above.
  • Collect information from new staff and make ID Card for them.
  • Posting OT requested approval of (Plantation, Estate), Mill around 200 staffs into System.
  • Print OT Detail and sent to all for sign and collect back for keep as the document reference for payroll.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or finance & banking or accounting or Information System or another related field.
  • At least 1 year experience with HR System, recruitment, HR technology, HR budget, HR structure, polices procedures, compliance, employee relations, employee command, compensation & benefits, attendance and payroll or similar role.
  • Patient, honest, trustworthy, team work and be able to stay in rural area.
