- Coordinate distributors deliver key KPIs
- Closely engage distributor team to land right execution and meet distribution plan across both category lane and channel lane
- Come up with actionable plan to hit distribution target by distributor
- Monitor DT sales team performance to fulfill accurate discipline KPIs
- Ensure completion and fast replacement of DT infrastructure headcounts
- Endorse on team capability development
- Coordinate with distributors and cross functional team to land successful market campaigns to support growth
- Review POSM deployment by DT to ensure effective and correct use by DT sales team
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 4 years experiences in managing team
- Excellent sales skills with proven track records
- Possess analysis skills
- Experience in building good relationships with retailers, customers, and colleagues
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Highly self-motivated and self-confident
- Able to travel to provinces
