Project title: GIZ Multisectoral Food and Nutrition Security (MUSEFO)
The GIZ MUSEFO supports the Department of Maternal and Child Health Center of the Ministry of Health (MoH) to develop nutrition counseling apps for health center staff, Village health support group members (VHGS), and self-counselling of pregnant and lactating women and caregivers of children under 2 years of age nationwide. The current apps were developed using the Android platform. However, a need to transform these app (coding) from Android to iOS platform . Therefore, GIZ MUSEFO is seeking a National Consultant or local firm to performs the app conversation. The successor is expected to start from Mid of June and end at the end of November 2024. They are expected to travel to the field for user acceptance testing.
The detail services/ works are described in the enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).

until 17:00 on 17th June 2024 (offers sent after this date will be automatically disqualified). If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered. Please note that in case consultant did not registered VAT. GIZ will deduct 15% Withholding Tax from consultant fee.
The default size of e-mails is limited to 30 MB. Above that, GIZ's email servers refuse the message and its attachments. If necessary, send more than one e-mail.
In case of bigger files, it is possible to transfer the file via GIZ’s File transfer service: https://filetransfer.giz.de. GIZ accepts only this specific file transfer solution for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB.
Non-compliance may result in your bid not being considered.
The bids received shall be evaluated by GIZ regarding their technical content (70%) and by their commercial aspects (30%) whereupon the bidders shall be ranked. Contractual negotiations are generally commenced with the first bidder on the list. Should these negotiations not be successful, the second bidder on the list shall be invited to commence negotiations.
GIZ is not responsible for the failure of electronic delivery of e-mail messages to the address provided, either for technological problems on the part of GIZ or the candidate.
This invitation to tender is in no way binding on GIZ. The GIZ’s contractual obligation commences only upon signature of the contract with the successful Tenderer.
Up to the point of signature, GIZ may either abandon the procurement or cancel the award procedure, without the candidates or tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation.
All costs incurred in preparing and submitting tenders are borne by the tenderers and cannot be reimbursed.
Only successful tenderer will be contacted for contractual negotiations and signing contract. Planned schedule for the rest of the procurement procedure:
