We are looking for qualified candidates to fill for the positions of Accounting Office.
Accounting Officer are part of the agency. Responsible for preparing the company's annual taxes and processing company disbursements.
Responsibilities and authorities
- Greenhouse control and environmental control system in the greenhouse to be suitable for rooting of cuttings and supervising contractors to take care of the seedlings while in the house to be healthy before moving out of the house including systematically moving seedlings out of the greenhouse
- revise monitor budgets quarterly annually.
- Responsible preparing cash advance, making payments, monitoring expenditure against budget bank reconciliation.
- Preparation monthly, quarterly annual finance report the donor.
- Assist Programmed team budgeting preparation monthly cost plans.
- Responsible organizing annual audits.
- Ensure financial records, agreement other document properly safeguard maintained
- Other duties directed/required.
Education :
- High Vocational Certificate Accounting , management GPA more than 2.5
- Able to use Microsoft Office such as Excel to a good level.
- Able to communicate in Thai.
- All candidates must be 35years old or under.
