We provide travel services for tour operators, travel agents, event organizers and individuals from around the world.
As the Senior Tourplan Data Entry Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our database.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with local suppliers, inputting contract rates, and ensuring the integrity of tariff and supplier data.
Additionally, you’ll support sales and operations staff, act as a helpdesk for Tourplan users, and adhere to EXO’s standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Tourplan Manager.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to obtain contract rates for system input.
- Accurately input tariffs, contracts, and supplier information into the system.
- Maintain up to date data entries.
- Monitors and maintains the system utilization.
- Provide training and support to sales and operations teams on PCM, Fast/Group Bookings, and operational procedures.
- Stay informed about tourism-related developments in Cambodia.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
Work Relation
- Work closely with teams from Tourplan, Contracting and Product.
- Offer full support to Sales, Inbound and Operations departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in using Tourplan System or similar is a plus.
- Good knowledge of travel industry and destination tourism.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and systematic in your approach.
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
