The Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF), a registered not-for-profit foundation, provides technical, legal and management support to the work of the Arbitration Council (AC). The AC is an independent national institution established by Law to resolve labour disputes. Supported by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, employers and unions, the AC/F is recognized as a model institution for justice in labour dispute resolution in Cambodia.

ACF is inviting all the suppliers to provide the quotation for 17 units of laptop, 17 units of computer monitors, and 17 of USB HUB with the specification at

ELIGIBILITY OF BID

1. Eligibility of Bidder: Has registered its business with relevant authorities: business registration certificate, patent certification, tax registration certificate including VAT TIN.
2. Eligibility of Goods: has its certificate of origin or its equivalent certificates
3. Power of Attorney (Authorisation Letter): refer to para. 9, Section 1: Instruction to Bidder
4. Bid Validity: refer to para 7 section 1: Instruction to Bidder
5. Proper Price and Delivery Schedule: refer to section 3: Price and Delivery Schedule
