Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) belongs to Good Neighbors International which is an international humanitarian and development NGO in General Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC. Good Neighbors provides child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief programs in 41 countries in the world, serving individuals and communities in need.
[KOICA Social Solidarity Economy Project]
The project called KOICA Cambodia Transport Business Project which strengthening of youth employment and income generation through a transportation cooperative in Dangkor district, Cambodia (GOOD LINK Project) is a 3 years project funded by KOICA and is implemented by Good Neighbors Cambodia with close collaboration and support from local authority and key partners.
This project is initiated and designed by GN Cambodia with deep consulate relevant key stakeholders like Dangkor local authority and Good Neighbors Global Impact in order to create stable income and proper jobs for community people and youth who drop out school at urban area in Phnom Penh.
The key outcomes of this project are to expand the youth employment in transportation business; Introduce the sustainable transportation business considering environment and safety, and Establish community-based through a transportation cooperative through implementing key activities such as recruiting new motorbike drivers, provide training on Safety education in transportation business sector, Basic vehicle maintenance and management, Gender sensitivity, Customer Service, Financial Literacy and other necessary activities.

Requesting Agreement on Motorbike support at Dangkor district, Phnom Penh.

Regarding the subject above, I would like to inform you that the Motorbikes will be delivered to the target location at Dangkor district.
Note: Please make you include t he transportation, installation , and VAT fee of a w ho l e process.
3. Application Information
All interested candidates are required to send the Bid Application including al l legal documents, company
profile, company background, evidence of experience , and bank statement/ cash flow to GNC’s office before 14th May 2024 at 5:00pm. The organization does not accept late bids.
All companies are requested to submit a sealed envelope with the bidding price as per the same requirement of Good Neighbors Cambodia by using their own estimated bill of quality (BoQ).
Applicants will be expected to comply with Good Neighbors Cambodia's child protection policy.
