ISF Cambodia (ISF) is a Cambodian based charity with over 17 years of experience using education and sport to change lives. Our aim is to make a fundamental and lasting change in the lives of some of the poorest and most disadvantaged children and their families in Cambodia.
Our Education Programme focuses on children in the slums of the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, whose extreme poverty means they have never gone to school or have had to drop out. We provide them with a quality education a whilend healthcare whilst working closely with their communities to lift entire families out of poverty. Through our grassroots Football Programme, ISF works directly with 4,000 youth, promoting equality and providing opportunities to those marginalized by poverty, disability, HIV and gender.
ISF is looking for a highly motivated individual who can fulfill the position of Head of Football Program. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with excellent team-working and communication skills, seeking to learn and further develop their skills working for a non-profit organization.

Accountability and Relationship:
The Head of Football Program will be instrumental in overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of the football program, aligning it with ISF's broader mission. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, team leadership, partnership development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies that align the football program with ISF’s impact goals.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Football Program, ensuring its seamless integration with ISF's educational initiatives and community outreach efforts.
- Develop and manage a dynamic schedule of football-related activities, including training sessions, competitions, and social impact activities.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among a diverse team, contributing to the overall development and capacity building of program staff.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance the program's reach and impact.
- Manage the program's budget with integrity, ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with ISF's values and goals.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in program management, preferably within the sports or educational sectors.
- Strong commitment to ISF Cambodia's mission of transforming lives through education, healthcare, and sports.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in project management and operational excellence.
- Ability to navigate complex challenges with resilience and adaptability.
