We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Finance Manager.
LOCATION: Takhmao Town, Kandal Province

- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure integrity of financial reporting.
- Maintain all accounting source documents and assure the Accounting system is well maintained.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annual financial statements for Statutory Authorities, MSC Board and donors as required.
- Budgeting Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budget forecasts for the organization.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis performance reporting identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Tax Compliance: Coordinate and review all related documents to ensure timely accurate submission of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Audit Management: Facilitate all audit processes, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation and support.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows, optimizing cash utilization and managing currency risks.
- Establish detailed guidelines and procedures on all Financial Accounting in accordance with the accounting standards.
- Supervise all Accounting activities and provide guidance to Accounting staff in all areas of work. Ensure accuracy of all reports submitted by other Accounting staff
- Review and advise on Cash Flow status.
- Monthly Report to Management team on organizational financial status
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
- Keep databases in regular check and filing requirements.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experiences.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Excellent in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions, activities.
- Organize personal workflow, communication, and meet needs of all stakeholders.
- Ability to lead finance department, maximize efficiency and accuracy while meeting internal and external timelines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality and discretion and well-developed business ethics.
- Knowledge of local regulation regarding accounting, finances, and taxation
- Good command English is essential.
- Have the ability to be flexible, diligent and exhibit personal integrity, professional attitude, and initiative.
- Be a team player who is analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented with strong commitment and discipline.
