Aide et Action International (AEAI) is an international NGO. It began its programs in India in 1981 and is now working in 20 countries across Africa, Europe, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China to support the development of sustainable education projects with our belief in the universal right to quality education and bases each intervention around this ethos.

The Field Officer is part of the AEA Program Team to provide the capacity building to all Consortium members and partners in achieving outputs, outcomes, and impacts of the program. S/he will work closely with the program team and partners to develop the training curriculum as well as a training needs assessment to strengthen the capacity of the partners and stakeholders and project beneficiaries in the respective target provinces. S/he will provide regular support to FOSTER team members through frequent remote engagement and field visits, working with project staff to assess field conditions, support capacity strengthening, facilitate the partnership building and take initiatives to support the achievement of the overall objective of the project.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant field, master preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
- Extensive knowledge of the Cambodian education system and technical areas relevant to AEA;
- Demonstrable experience with Education metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business
- Excellent computers skills, particularly with MS- Office Package
- At least 3 years of project management and relevant sector
- Experience in working with similar consortium projects and coordination with partners before
- Proven track record of achieving results and ability to cope with multiple priorities and be able to take initiative
- Experience in a team setting of diverse backgrounds working towards global development.
- Experience in the education sector, theory of change, result-based management, project cycle management, measurement of quantitative and qualitative impacts;
- Knowledge of institutional donor policies and guidelines and experience working with and adhering to guidelines of the European Union, French Development Agency other major donors;
- Proven track record of achieving results and ability to cope with multiple priorities and take initiative.
- Prior experiences in a fast-paced organization aiming for results and growth.
- Successful experience in developing concept notes and proposals for institutional donors.
- Experience working in a diverse and international team.
