ISPP was established in 1989 by a group of families working for non-profits. Providing International Baccalaureate (IB) education, the school has grown from serving a handful of students from the first year to almost students with the aim to develop the intellectual, emotional and social skills, offer under 3 programs as below:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate all vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, to obey all traffic laws and to be courteous to other passengers, other vehicles and pedestrians
- Daily conduct routine maintenance of assigned vehicle
- Comply with school procedures regarding vehicle control and inspection, as well as applicable laws and regulations (including speed limits)
- Wear seat belts at all time and to encourage all passengers to do the same
- Keep the vehicles clean, both internally and externally
- Use the vehicles strictly for ISPP business as authorised by the Director
- Use vehicles with due care.
- Ensure that no unauthorised persons drive ISPP vehicles
- Liaise with Maintenance Department regarding to vehicles maintenance
- Make sure that wheel locks and alarms are to be affixed to the steering wheel whenever the vehicles is not in use
- Keep a log of daily driving mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, etc.
- Keep uniforms neat and clean and practise proper personal hygiene
- Use safety material/equipment as required.
- Notify the school in a timely manner when needing to be absent from work and complete an Absence Form as soon as possible
- Remain at site if involved in an accident and notify the school
- Assist the transportation officer with gathering details about the accident
- Replenish supplies for First Aid kit which is available in all school vehicles
- Be willing to work on weekends, holidays and evening as required by the school
- Assist other employees with emergency work requirements as needed
- To maintain the new buses in good conditions

Qualifications and Experiences
- Basic education’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in driving vehicle(s)
- A full clean and current valid Cambodian driver’s licence (D2)
- Appropriate experience in driving cars/buses with safe record
- Certification in other driving skills is preferred
- Able to speak and write Khmer fluently and English is a plus
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
The incumbent will be working for a maximum of 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch break. The incumbent is also expected to adhere to ISPP’s policies and procedures and agree to provide criminal record checks at the time of employment and for schools to run 2-3 year police clearance as required by ICS as a condition of accreditation renewal.
