ISF Cambodia (ISF) is a Cambodian based charity with over 17 years of experience using education and sport to change lives. Our aim is to make a fundamental and lasting change in the lives of some of the poorest and most disadvantaged children and their families in Cambodia.
Our Education Programme focuses on children in the slums of the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh, whose extreme poverty means they have never gone to school or have had to drop out. We provide them with a quality education a whilend healthcare whilst working closely with their communities to lift entire families out of poverty. Through our grassroots Football Programme, ISF works directly with 4,000 youth, promoting equality and providing opportunities to those marginalized by poverty, disability, HIV and gender.
ISF is looking for a highly motivated individual who can fulfill the position of Business Development and Marketing Coordinator. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with excellent team-working and communication skills, seeking to learn and further develop their skills working for a non-profit organization.

Accountability and Relationship:
- Reports to the Head of Development and Communications
- The Business Development and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other departments. She/he will lead local fundraising and marketing activities. She/He will primarily support the Operations Team in existing donor relationship management, developing marketing initiatives, and increasing brand awareness in Cambodia. The role demands creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to engage new and existing supporters effectively.

- Create compelling marketing materials such as: presentations and social media posts (in Khmer and English, adhering to ISF's brand guidelines.
- Monitor local media coverage, draft press releases and stories in Khmer and English, and foster relationships with local press and media.
- Support Local Operations Teams in creating fundraising materials (presentations, reports, social media posts), organising events and meetings with potential and existing donors.
- Collaborate with the Head of Development and Communications to establish sustainable income streams in Cambodia.
- Assist in coordinating fundraising activities, especially local events, managing donor relationships, and identifying local businesses for support or sponsorship.
- Write proposal for potential local donors (such as companies, grants, foundations)
- Input data into Salesforce to track donors, donations, and other related information
- Recruit, manage, and motivate volunteers and ambassadors.
- Serve as the primary contact for local fundraising and marketing inquiries.
- Develop donor engagement plan and work with the team to implement the strategy
- Fluent in Khmer and English (speaking and writing).
- Minimum two years of experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Slides), Canva and social media management.
- Ability to create engaging written and visual content for social media.
- Experience in managing local campaigns and events.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Initiative and motivation to generate new ideas.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cross-cultural adaptability and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in NGO sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Photography and video editing skills preferred.
