To oversee and ensure the smooth progress of construction activities at project sites, adhering to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Responsible:- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Direct construction activities and collaborate with subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Execute construction tasks directly and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Verify completed work volumes with QA/QC and subcontractors and provide daily reports to Deputy Site Manager (Site Team), Site Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned during the interview process.
- Educational background
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experiences
- Proven at least 3 years of experience in construction monitoring and site management
- Minimum experience of 1 Borey Project
- Skills required
- Have Civil Engineering Certification
- Strong understanding of basic standards and decrees issued by the state, design specifications and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, muti-tasking and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and project teams.
- Working independently with detail-oriented skill
- Proficient in computer skill: Ms.Office, AutoCAD, Ms.Project
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
