To efficiently manage QS activities, cost control and settlement processes on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and contract terms while optimizing project costs and timelines.
Responsible:- Read and understand design drawings, BOQ volume, Specifications, schedule, all contract terms with the owners, subcontractors.
- Calculate and take-off the quantiy of work items according to design drawings, construction method drawings, approved Shop Drawing drawings and actual construction on the basis of issued forms and approved design estimates.
- Manage the process of procurement of machinery, materials and equipment for construction on the project and control material loss.
- Control the cost of the project.
- Prepare, track and update volumes arising on construction sites. Make explanation documents arising for the Owner.
- Perform related tasks for settlement with the Owner, payment to subcontractors, suppliers and regularly monitor the settlement progress.
- Other assigned duties when required.
- Educational background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in major of construction economics, civil construction or other related field
- Experiences
- At least 5 year of experience in a similar position
- Minimum experience of 1 Borey Project
- Skills required
- Good English skill.
- Holer of required certification.
- Understand construction materials and understand design drawings, BOQ, Specifications
- Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
- Good communication and time management skill.
- Effective planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel), Revit, AutoCad….
