We are seeking a loyal and dependable individual to join our team as a Weekend Night Shift Receptionist. As the Night Shift Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support during evening and overnight hours.

- Greet and welcome guest/residents/ visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or room.
- Assist inquiries and provide information to guests regarding apartment services.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, confirming correctness of guest information and issue receipt for the payments correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Received residents’ complaints/concerns promptly and effectively.
- Flexible to do other task assigned by the management
- Intern, High school, College or Fresh graduate
- With or without experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn new skills
- Khmer and good English are required.
