Marketing and Sales Director (Salary: $800 - $1500)
Responsible:
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies, including annual plans.
- Identify target markets and opportunities through research.
- Create compelling content for promotion across channels.
- Lead sales efforts to acquire clients and meet targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for growth.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales and marketing staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends for informed planning.
- Collaborate with operations for seamless service delivery.
- Analyze sales performance to optimize strategies and achieve goals.
- Possess expertise and deep understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, SEO, and YouTube.
- Be able to provide strategic control and guidance for the digital and social media team.
Requirement:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
