Our core activities in Cambodia include Liner Agency, Port Agency, Offshore Support Services, Project Logistics and Freight Forwarding. The Ben Line Group has 1600 staff and 125 offices across Asia and Australia. It has been operating as a Shipping Company for 160 years, originally from Scotland, head office is now in Singapore. We are looking for a Cambodian candidate to fulfill one position as Liner Documentation & Customer Service.
Responsible:
- Update Container vessel schedule
- Receiving booking from shipper, checking equipment, feeder vessel space and mother vessel space
- Working with agent/shipper/overseas partner
- Confirm booking to Shipper, empty container release order
- Update container inventory
- Check customer freight rate in principal system, space approval request to Hub team
- Send Sailing Report to Hub team for arrangement of container transit to mother vessel.
- Follow up customer for VGM and SI (shipping instruction) to issue Bill of Lading (BL)
- Issue Bill of lading/Arrival Notice and other related docs to customer.
- Issue Invoice charge to customer
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Good English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Fresh graduate, 1-2 years’ experience is a plus
- Be able to work under pressure and good at working as team.
- Full training will be provided.
