Partnership with APSARA National Authority, Live & Learn is partner implementing Angkor Water Resilience (AWR) project in Angkor Park Heritage site in Siem Reap. The project aims to effectively manage water resources, reducing both floods and droughts, to enhance the resilience of communities within and around Angkor Park, while protecting ancient monuments. With its six outputs and twelve key activities, the AWR project has its packages relating water green infrastructure, agriculture, education. We seek an experienced Food Resilience Coordinator to assist the Project Team to agriculture & food resilience, and education components of the AWR project.

Project Responsibilities
A. Coordinate the Food Resilience Trainer(s) and lead team to implement the following activities:
- Engage relevant stakeholders and the selected schools and pagodas for raising awareness on water, heritage climate change, food security and environmental stewardship topics.
- Work with other experts for designing and developing education materials.
- Collaborate with APSARA technical staff to organize and conduct training of trainers for school-teachers and monks.
- Work with APSARA technical team to support community heritage and food resilience crop production and Climate Smart Agriculture practices.
- Work with APSARA technical team to support famers’ homestead gardens trainings.
- Follow up and support the environment education activities, homestead gardens in schools, pagodas, and communities.

Main qualifications
- Good knowledge or relevant education backgrounds in environment science and agriculture, especially agronomy. Working experience in Climate Smart Agriculture techniques and experience are advantaged.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of project
- management: coordination, planning, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
- At least 2-year experience with NGOs/ development projects.
- Experience in facilitating Training of trainers for various target groups.
- Experience with coir production and composting is preferrable.
- Experience working in rural communities, especially community based
- organisations
- Experience in organising and facilitating events, trainings or meetings
- Experiences in developing training, awareness raising and
- communication materials or tools
- Strong skill in facilitation, communication, coordination, mobilization,
- and engagement with various stakeholders.
- Possessing skill of and knowledge on behaviour changes
- communications
- Comprehensive skills in M&E, reporting and analytical report writing.
- Ability to work under work-pressure, creatively and innovatively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of English and Khmer.
- Be self-motivated and strong self-management
