Duties

• Manage the preparation of management reporting;
• Manage the preparation of statutory reporting;
• Develop financial planning and analysis and budget for the company;
• Produce monthly KPI reports for the company;
• Manage the external audit process;
• Manage the tax audit process;
• Manage cash flow for the company;
• Oversee the operations of finance department;
• Provide coaching and technical training to all finance staff;
• Liaise with other departments to develop strategic plans;
• Develop procurement policy, accounting policy, procedures and guidelines;
• Maintain the financial health of the company;
• Advise senior management team on financial strategy and potential financial risks; and
• Other tasks assigned by the senior management team from time to time.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance. ACCA or CPA is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
• Very knowledgeable of Microsoft 365 and accounting systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good at both Khmer and English language.
