  • Respond directly to customer queries, feedback, and complaints through live chat, inbound calls, and web channels to provide exceptional and prompt assistance to customers
  • Respond creatively and accurately to our customer queries through strong written communication abilities
  • Adheres to the appropriate procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries or complaints
  • Assist customers in understanding how to use RedBus products and procedures and where they can locate them
  • Able to use provided system action to record customer interactions or support transactions accurately
  • Able to handle escalations from vendors, shareholders, and internal departments that are attended to and resolved within the needed timelines
  • Proactively work on identifying system issues and errors to the relevant stakeholders
  • Meetings KPI’ on a monthly/Quarterly basis
  • LOB: Inbound, Outbound, Email, Chat
  • Diploma in any field
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English, and Khmer
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills
  • Well-versed in Cambodia's infrastructure and transportation details
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various queries
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
