Cleaning and Pest Control Operation Senior Supervisor (Salary: $450 - $600)
Responsible:
- Visit sites, talk to clients, and ensure effective cleaning, pest, and termite communication.
- Check places for cleanliness, maintaining client standards against pests and termites.
- Collaborate with sales for cost estimates and staff assignments, including pest and termite control.
- Assign cleaning, pest, and termite staff based on job needs, using 5+ years of experience.
- Train the team to improve cleaning, pest, and termite processes.
- Quickly handle issues for client satisfaction and improvement in cleaning, pest, and termite management.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on cleaning experience, including pest and termite control.
- Good communication skills for discussing cleaning, pest, and termite tasks.
- Problem-solving ability in cleaning, pest, and termite operations.
- Organized, with experience in training for cleaning, pest, and termite tasks.
- Proficient in writing Khmer and basic English.
