Marie Stopes International Cambodia (MSIC) was established in 1998 and operates eight reproductive health clinics, a network of Marie Stopes Ladies (independent private sector facilities) and a SRH helpline/contact centre. The Cashier and Receptionist Intern will assist and work closely with the Receptionist and Cashier at Marie Stope Centre to provide general day-to-day admin and reception support to the clinic, including ensuring positive customer experiences, accurate record management and assisting the Centre Manager with clinic administration responsibilities. This role requires strong team work and also plays an important part in ensuring the success of the clinic.
Responsible:
- It is particularly important for you to gain valuable knowledge and working experience with Marie Stopes Cambodia. As the Intern, you will assist the Cashier and Receptionist Intern to perform the following duties:
- Welcome clients to the clinic in a non-judgmental and friendly way
- Provide quality customer service to clients at all times in a professional manner
- Daily data entry of client information into the CLIC and NSSF systems
- Client record management and data verification
- Issue official receipts for all service payments
- Accurately record and count services income daily and report the total to Centre Manager
- Promote Marie Stopes in a positive way to external parties in the community.
- Assist clinic team members in other aspects of clinic daily operations
Requirement:
- BBA in business administrator or studying in Year II, III or IV
- Computer literacy in Ms. Word, Excel
- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
- Approachable with strong interpersonal & listening skills
- Be patient and willing to learn more
