The Fisheries Action Coalition Team (FACT) was established in 2000. FACT works to strengthen the NGO coalition and the Coalition of Cambodia Fishers (CCF) for better fisheries resources management; support capacity development of community fisheries (CFi)/community protected area (CPA) committees, members and other local focal persons; empower them to work on and address practical fisheries related issues that are affecting their livelihoods; and develop economy of the local fishers through diversification of their income sources such as ecotourism/tourism, fish processing, water-hyacinth handicraft, beekeeping, plastic-waste handicraft and eco-bricks. FACT implements its program activities in three regions of Cambodia, including Tonle Sap, Coastal and Mekong. FACT is now seeking to recruit qualified candidates to fulfill its own various vacant positions as follows:

Key Responsibilities
- Office management, decoration and maintenance;
- Develop and manage properly filing system and information based on the designed structure;
- Undertake administrative arrangements for any conferences, training, seminars or workshops;
- Manage office supplies, office equipment maintenance and other services, including maintenance of office vehicles as well as ensuring that equipment/assets and supplies are consistently and properly kept/stored and an updated inventory and supply list is maintained;
- Maintain and update contact lists;
- Arrange appointment, receives visitors, places and screens telephone calls, and answers queries with discretion;
- Draft and format correspondence, appointment letters, reports, documents;
- Actively engage in staff recruitment processes;
- Properly record staff leaves (annual, sick, and compensate leaves) and the leave report and submit ED
- Make sure the security control such as all office keys, equipment/assets (motorbikes, cars,…), and office doors/gate(s);
- Review the checklist for expiries and deadlines of MoU, Insurance, etc;
- Prepare monthly report, monthly timesheet, and take minutes of relevant meetings/events or other as required;
- Make sure security and electricity in all office rooms is turned off and the room is locked after work;
- Prepare monthly fee payments for all services include electricity, water, office rent, internet, security guard, box- Post office ensure their bill paid on time;
- Be responsible for various administrative design and printing, scan and copy documents;
- Register/record all incoming and outgoing letters, labelling, registration
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor and/or ED.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in public administration, management or equivalent;
- Has experience in admin management with NGO as an asset;
- At least four-year working experience with NGOs in administration and operation support;
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Email);
- Practical experience pro-actively admin management, secretarial task;
- Experience car schedule arrangement, overseas business trip management;
- Has a strong work ethic, takes initiatives, and requires minimal direction
- Effective verbal, listening, inter-personal and communication skill;
- Ability to work effectively under high pressure;
- Good team player;
- Good in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Khmer;
- Good knowledge about fisheries related issues, including illegal fishing, fisheries related legal frameworks, climate change and hydropower development project and its impacts (optional);
- Honest and reliable.
- High patience, working under pressure, and high commitment to achieve FACT’s VMG.
